My name is Taylor Jaquysh and I was born and raised in the Bay Area in Northern California. I started getting more serious about my woodworking several years ago, building furniture for myself and friends, getting random carpentry gigs. Later a few of us created a small live/work warehouse community in Oakland, CA, where for a couple years we built our own two story houses and experimented in our respective crafts. I am still trying new things and I have some experience in a wide variety of crafts including, but not limited to, framing and drywall, stairs and doors, furniture, cabinets, chicken coops, boats, fences, lamps, bicycle maintenance and fitting, visual merchandising and cooking.
